Go-Go Sourdough Dance Platform—developed by artist Byungseo Yoo in collaboration with curator Ronald Kolb—is a participatory performance that activates the audience to prepare a dish based on udon noodles using a traditional foot-kneading technique, guided by steady electronic music that structure a shared tempo. Drawing on the instruction-based logic of Fluxus  and the idea of taskscape, the work distributes roles across the group, engaging participants in interconnected tasks such as kneading, cooking, hosting, and observing. The process culminates in a shared vegan meal from locally sourced, organic ingredients.

Go-Go Sourdough Dance Platform is an ongoing performative series, with each iteration adapts to its specific context—responding to location, audience, and event—making it a situated and evolving format. First presented at M.1 Arthur Boskamp-Stiftung in  October 2025 as part of Art as Ecological Practice, the series now makes its second stop at Kerminy. Here, proposition #2 connects the culinary performance with Kerminy’s agricultural landscape and Cyclo-Farm and responds to the estate’s agricultural landscape, local ingredients and communities.

The performance took place in Kerminy’s paganized chapel.
