2018–19 — Community-Based Artistic Practices
Curriculum focused on community-based, participatory, and socially engaged artistic practices and their implications for curatorial work. Theoretical discussions drew on Claire Bishop, Grant Kester, Jean-Luc Nancy, Felix Stalder, and Cornelia Sollfrank. Students collaboratively developed Small Projects for Coming Communities, an exhibition, workshop, and research project first presented at Hospitalhof Stuttgart.
